A Time and A Place: Layers of Black History

February 22 - March 16, 2020

On February 22nd, RJD Gallery will open its 2020 season with A Time and A Place: Layers of Black Historyan exhibition celebrating Black History Month.  This group  show will feature the works of Jules Arthur, Stefanie Jackson, Dean Mitchell and Phillip Thomas, each with an artistic narrative that speaks to the black experience and unfolds layers of  black history.    These artists present a unique vision, and by working in different media,  express what it means to be black in the world today with a collection of  diverse and intriguing artworks.    Join us to meet the artists at the opening reception on Saturday, February 22 from 6-8pm.

 

A Time And A Place will be on display from February 22 through March 16.
